1. On the set up reports, is there a spot to enter an expiry/review date? And if we left it blank and gave you that date information later/much later, would there be a charge for you to enter the expiry/review date?
We will assist you and add review dates for you into our barcode software. There is an administration/labour fee; it would be by the hour. We can add the date globally by department/by receive date or by box. Upon request, we would print a destruction notification report. This is a complete listing of all your box barcodes and their review dates as provided by you.
2. What is ‘Over-The-Box’?
Over The Box refers to a fee for extra labour and time on-site (more than 5 boxes) Example, if we were picking up 50 boxes the fee would be 45 boxes x OTB fee.
3. Is it mandatory that we use your boxes?
No, we accept all boxes, but it is important that they are in good shape. When it is overloaded (so the sides wow) or the cardboard & lid is inferior and thin, it will crush or fall apart.
4. When do you decide our boxes require Re-boxing?
Boxes are only replaced when the integrity of the contents are at risk and it has always been our policy and at our discretion, that we re-box the contents on your behalf.
Your boxes are mixed in with other clients and are moved regularly. Therefore, the quality of the box a client uses is important.
